Ordering, Shipping and Return Policy

AS OF JULY 1ST DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS.
Hattie's Boutique ships merchandise free to the United States only. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless your items states it's a pre-order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.  

Hattie's Boutique honors returns for store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original purchase. All  jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned. All clearance items are FINAL and return, exchange or any form of credit will not be honored. Merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed etc.), including tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, deodorant marks, dog hair, odors or any other issue at the digression of Hattie's Boutique will be rejected for return for merchandise credit.  

To return for credit or another item, first contact us on Facebook or email (hatties_boutique@yahoo.com) to receive confirmation of the return. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3 business days and at that time we can issue you in store credit via email.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be denied for any store credit or refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
•Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to hatties_boutique@yahoo.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
• Indicate "Damaged or Defective" in the subject line.
• Include the order #, and product name of the item.
